Eastern Seals offer an unparalleled range of services and capabilities to meet the changing needs of our customers. We can supply o-rings in any size or material, you tell us the ID, Cross Section and material, and we will do the rest.

QUALITY AND INSPECTION

All of our products are supplied within our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that we deliver consistently high quality. Our QMS is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 and approved by LRQA. In addition to the standard ISO3601 Grade N, we are also able to offer in-house inspection to the increased quality and inspection level, ISO3601 Grade S as required. Automotive seals can be supplied with Level 3 PPAP documentation, along with CPK and PPK controls.

COLOUR CODED O-RINGS

One of the best ways to differentiate O-rings is to use color-coding. Eastern Seals can supply a range of high-performance coloured O-ring seals that are ideal for differentiating seals within production facilities.

VULCANISED / SCARF-JOINTED O-RINGS

Eastern Seals can supply vulcanised or scarf-jointed o-rings in any size. The extrusion lines used to produce the cord used in our Scarf Joined & Vulcanised Rings is laser controlled, meaning that cross sections up to 6.35mm are to DIN7715 E1, above this they are to E2 tolerances.

BESPOKE KITS

We supply bespoke kits in a range of specifications and materials to suit many applications. Popular sizes have been assembled into clearly marked boxes, and in response to customer demand, we can also supply unique O-ring kits to suit your application’s specific requirements. PACKAGING SERVICES

Packaging requirements form an integral part of storage procedures, as well as providing accurate identification. We can include your company’s part numbers on printed documents including labels, paperwork. All articles with a limitation to their Shelf Life are marked with a cure date / batch date on the packaging. All cure dates are traceable through the batch number. Eastern Seals can pack any items according to your requirements. From individual printed bagging, plastic boxes, heat sealed bags, grip seal bags or a cardboard box, we offer flexible packaging solutions to meet your unique requirements. INDIVIDUAL BAGGING

We can bag sealing products separately in either black, opaque or clear packaging. We can also provide a range of bespoke printed labelling. Options include; your company logo, your part number (or Eastern Seals’ part number if you prefer), size, batch number, cure date, expiry date and quantity. STOCK MANAGEMENT SERVICES / SCHEDULED DELIVERIES

Our large warehouse facilities means we can offer you our Stock Management Call-Off system. We hold your stock and deliver it to you when you need it. We provide regular reports on your stock levels, so you can be confident your products are always available when you need them. You benefit by reducing stock holding costs, improved cash flow and reduced losses from missing stock.

CONSOLIDATED DELIVERIES

Eastern Seals has the ability to consolidate your shipments into less, more effective transactions. We can ship as frequently as you need resulting in improved efficiencies and delivery times.

DIRECT DELIVERY

We can send direct to your customers on your behalf with no traceability of origin. All goods are sent with plain packaging and a delivery note with just your name, part number and quantity on it, or you can send your delivery note via fax or email and we will happily use that instead.
